Terms & Conditions - The Basics

Please ensure you have read our full T&C's before making any bookings with us here at Rowan Haven.
 
Your deposit and/or balance is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your holiday. Once the deposit and/or balance is paid, no refund can be issued, except for the security bond (if applicable). Please consider this policy carefully when making your booking.

In the event that the park is closed, we will gladly refund any payments made within 28 days. Alternatively, you may choose to change your booking dates, with any necessary adjustments for price differences applied. This policy also covers any other circumstances that may prevent you from enjoying your holiday. Your satisfaction is priority, and we are here to assist you with any changes you may need.

Ensure that the balance of your holiday cost, along with the security bond, is paid no later than 12 weeks before your holiday starts. If payment is not received by this deadline, we will regrettably have to remarket these dates and your deposit will be forfeited.
 
We strongly recommend securing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. This coverage can help in cases of illness, injury or accidents while traveling. Please note that any payments made for your holiday booking are non-refundable, so having insurance is a wise choice for peace of mind.

In case of any damage or breakage to items within the caravan, including fixtures or fittings, please notify us promptly so we can address repairs or replacements without delay. Please be aware that if the damage exceeds the security deposit and is not covered by insurance, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the associated costs. Additionally, if we determine that the damage is malicious, we will contact the police.

Please ensure that you adhere to the park rules at all times. Haven reserves the right to ask you to leave if these rules are not followed, and we will not be responsible for any refunds in such cases.

No hen or stag party groups are allowed as per Haven’s rules. If Haven asks you to leave the park due to unacceptable behaviour, such as nuisance, drunkenness, fighting or shouting, you will not be permitted to stay in our caravan again and no refund will be provided.

Our charges are for accommodation only, and we cannot be held responsible for activities that may be unavailable during your stay. Please note that passes for entertainment and the are not included and must be arranged separately through Haven

Haven reserves the right to enter the caravan at any time for repair or maintenance purposes.

Our caravan is insured for the maximum number of guests specified, and Haven does monitor the occupancy. If there are more people in the caravan than allowed, you may be asked to leave for health and safety reasons and insurance compliance Each stay is registered with Haven, and any discrepancies between our paperwork and the of passes purchased will be addressed by Haven contacting us. If there are extra persons staying without prior authorization, your holiday will be terminated immediately with no refund provided and your bond will not be returned.

Please be advised that we do not provide toilet rolls, washing up liquid, washing detergent, sponges, or similar items.

If you are provided with bed linen, it may differ from the photos, and while beds will be made up for your arrival, the appearance may vary depending on the cleaner. Bed linen will not be changed during your stay, and though it is ironed by our cleaner, it may not always be completely crease free due to transportation in large laundry bags. Please ensure that supplied bed linen is stripped off the beds and left inside the caravan for the cleaners on departure, as leaving it outside may result in it being mistaken for Haven’s property. Our caravans are jet washed at least once or twice a year with decking cleaned in March. Please note that window cleaning is not performed with every clean, but do our best to maintain their condition during our own visits. 
 
Please note that charging electric cars from our caravans is strictly prohibited for health and safety reasons. This helps prevent potential hazards, including tripping the caravan electrics and fire risks, as well as avoiding additional costs. There are electric chargers available on-site by the shops for your convenience. Please be aware that if security reports any violations, your bond will be forfeited.
